Thank you for your interest in Found Off Market (“we”, “us” and/or “our”).  This Privacy Policy discloses our approach to privacy and how your personal information is collected.  Your use of any of our websites or your interaction with us on social media platforms (collectively, our “Media”) constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and your consent to the practices it describes. 

Where this Privacy Policy refers to “our websites”, it collectively refers to and means “foundoffmarket.com”, and any other website we come to own or operate in the future. Where this Privacy Policy refers to our use of “social media platforms”, it means our Linked In, and any other social media platforms we establish a presence on in the future. When we reference interaction on a social media platform, we refer only to our interaction (as a user of such platform) with your interaction (as another user of the platform).  We do not manage, operate or have any control over the privacy policies and practices of social media platforms.  Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the privacy policy of the social media platforms you use.   

Information We Collect About You

Our Media is largely informational.  We do not collect any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it. For example, if you respond to one of our social media platform feeds your social media handle will be identifiable and you may choose to voluntarily provide other personally identifiable information in your response.

We may employ other third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Media and assist us in analyzing how our Media is being used. These third-party service providers will have access to any personal information that we have access to. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. Children’s Privacy

Our Media do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18.  If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.  If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

Do Not Track Signals

Your web browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal to websites you visit to indicate you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites. Found Off Market is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how we treat the Personal Information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your use of the SMS Service (“Service”), which we make available to you through a third-party service provider. This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

What Personal Information is collected about you

Through the use of the Service, Found Off Market will receive the following information: your mobile phone number when you send a text message to us, the text of messages that you send to other users of the Service, any user or screen name that you select in connection with the Service, as well as any comments or feedback regarding the Service that you send to us.

How Found Off Market uses Personal Information about you

We use Personal Information to (a) provide you with the Service, (b) process and respond to inquiries, (c) improve the Service, (d) if necessary, contact you with important announcements or messages, and (e) conduct research.

Each message that you send through the Service (either to us or to other users of the Service) is stored on our servers. We retain these messages on our servers. Found Off Market utilizes servers and services owned by third parties.

Disclosure of your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will not rent or sell your Personal Information to other companies or individuals. We may use or disclose such information in any of the following limited circumstances:

  • We provide such information to a company controlled by, or under common control with, Found Off Market for any purpose permitted by this Policy.

  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights, or the legal rights of others, or defend against legal claims.

Opting in

A mobile user might opt-in by:

  • Entering a phone number online,

  • Sending an Mobile Originating (MO) message containing an advertising keyword.

Opting out

SMS message frequency may vary, and carrier rates may apply. You may Opt-out later with the text "Stop" if you decide not to receive any more text messages from us.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 18, and Found Off Market does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.

Children aged 17 or younger should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the Service, you are representing that you are at least 18.

Intended audience

Found Off Market requires that users of this service be limited to US residents only.

SMS Terms of Service

Use of the Found Off Market text message-based services (the “Service”) is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read them carefully.

  1. Found Off Market will allow the opportunity to opt-in to SMS services by entering a phone number online through the website.  The opt-in received will be 'Thank you for opting-in to receive text messages from Found Off Market.'

  2. You can cancel the Service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or reply to the last message, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  3. We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers. Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.   5. You understand that anyone with access to your mobile phone may be able to view the messages you receive when using the Service, and you agree that Found Off Market will not be liable to you if this occurs.

  6. You understand that you are not required to consent to the Service to receive any other services from Found Off Market.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service and providing us with your mobile phone number when you opt in to the Service, you authorize Found Off Market to contact you by text message at your mobile phone number using an automatic telephone dialing system or device, or any other computer assisted technology as applicable.
